This cottage is a wonderful example of UP North living.  Facing Lake Huron you enjoy breathtaking sunsets and what can be called your own "swimming pool".  The water in this bay is so shallow you can wade to the opposite shore of an island and the bottom is 95% sand and has sand beach as well. There is a row boat for enjoying the lake, beach toys available for the kids and the beach and lake are kid friendly.  There is a wrap around deck so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or spend your evenings around the deck's fireplace.  The cottage is surrounded by woods so there is wildlife all around.  Deer, Coyotes, Canadian Geese and all the birds and squirrels you could ever want.  Inside is just as enjoyable-There is a gas log fireplace surrounded in stone and a stone pond attached that has a waterfall and is very kid friendly as well.  The upstairs loft has 7 beds-4 full and 3 twins.  It is perfect for a large group or a great place for the kids.  The construction is full logs and done very well.  There are many homey touches here and it makes it a great place to come and relax, enjoy nature and see all that the area has to offer.
