The lake has sandy bottom here and with a boat launch nearby you can pull your boat up to the dock when you aren't taking advantage of the great fishing for Walleye, Pike and Perch, just to name a few. It is located just a few miles off of M-123 which takes you to I-75 or leads you to US2 both in a few short miles. Enjoy day trips to Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rock and many others while being able to kick back at the end of the day around a fire pit while grilling your fresh catch!
