This cottage is full of UP North charm. It sits on a large private lot on beautiful Brevort Lake and is perfecting for relaxing, enjoying nature and peace and quiet.  The lake has sandy bottom here and you can pull your boat up to the dock when you aren't taking advantage of the great fishing for Walleye, Pike and Perch, just to name a few.  It is located just a few miles off of M-123 which takes you to I-75 or leads you to US2 both in a few short miles.  Enjoy day trips to Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rock and many others while being able to kick back at the end of the day around a fire pit while grilling your fresh catch!
