Unlike most internet based renal companies, there is no face to face contact for renters or owners alike. But we have a local office where we can welcome guest and attend to any issues that may arise, therefore our property owners have piece of mind that their guest are satisfied, issues are dealt with promptly and owners are notified if there is a need.

Our services include personal visits to your property to determine its market value and assist you in maximizing its rental potential. We then create an individualized information package about your property for all renters, including household rules, an inventory list and information regarding respectful care and treatment of your property. We provide you with a monthly report of all rentals, expenses and any feedback we receive from your renters.

We provide you with peace of mind throughout the process because we are diligent in making sure we protect your investment by screening prospective renters to match your rental conditions such as pet preference, smoking preference, maximum number of people allowed and any other conditions preferred to you. We also require all renters to sign a detailed rental agreement and security deposits and full rental payment are collected in advance. We also impose cancellation fees to help protect you from last minute vacancies. We inspect your property after each rental to check for theft or damage and we use only a personally selected cleaning team to clean your property.
